Yes, you can use FreeCAD in closed and commercial applications. FreeCAD
uses a LGPL2+ license, which basically allows you about anything, even
to sell it, or to use parts of it in a proprietary application (of
course, we would appreciate alittle credit or mention if you use FreeCAD
in any way, but it's not mandatory).
